We’re turning 31!

Please put Wednesday 8 September in your calendar. U3A Nunawading is about to celebrate its 31st anniversary. Our 30th anniversary last year was postponed due to COVID, so we are hoping to hold a fun event in the Hub this year for members. We’ll provide more information closer to the date. Whatever we do, it will be in line with COVID restrictions at the time.

Four O’clock Forums

Now that we are settled into our new home, we are very pleased to be able to offer members the opportunity of listening to some excellent ‘outside’ speakers.

Delighted member wins delayed raffle

After a year’s delay due to the 2020 Covid lockdowns and our move to the Nunawading Community Hub, our Patchwork Doona Cover raffle was finally drawn during Meryl McEwan’s Patchwork 2 Class on Thursday 6 May 2021.

Winning ticket holder Vivian Diep was absolutely delighted when she received a phone call to advise her that she had won.

Community Support Register

Whitehorse Community Support Register is a joint initiative between the City of Whitehorse, Neighbourhood Watch and Victoria Police and operates out of the Box Hill Police Station.
The free program is run by accredited volunteers and designed to help seniors living in Whitehorse to feel safe and connected to their community.
