We have a number of new and interesting short courses starting in Term 2, but we are always looking for more potential Class Leaders who have an interest or particular skill they want to share. Our Scrabble Class is looking for additional members and if you have been accepted into at least one class you should have paid your fees by now.

Also welcome to new leader Zarina Wu who stepped up early in Term 1 at the encouragement of her leader Herminia to take a new Line Dancing Beginners class 22DAN016, this has helped reduce the waitlist from Line dancing beginners 1.
Scrabble group would welcome new members
Come and join our friendly Scrabble Class, which meets on Tuesday afternoons from 2.15 – 3.45. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, you can be assured of a fun time, as the group do not take the game too seriously: it’s all about enjoying yourself, meeting others and stimulating the brain. You can enrol in 22GAM015 online or fill out an Orange form at the Reception Desk
Thank you to those who replied to the request for new ESL Leaders. We have established one new class and will be contacting other members on ESL waitlists to fit in with the times the other new leaders are available.
Another area where we need extra Leaders is Walking groups – we can supply a program for 2-hour walks. If you are interested in taking a walking group or any other type of class, please contact the Course Administrator at:
Non-attendance in a class
There is no need for you to apologise if you are going to be away for one or two weeks. If you are going to be away for three or more weeks and you have not marked yourself as absent on the Attendance Sheet or advised the office, you may be removed from the class.
Payment of membership fees
If you have forgotten to pay your 2022 membership fee, you should do this online or at the Reception Desk before your next class. All outstanding invoices will be followed up in the week of 14 March. If you believe you have paid but your membership shows you are inactive (not paid) please advise Course Administration at: or call into the office.
Finally, please be aware that the car park off Springvale Road is for Permit-holder parking only except for the designated disabled parking spaces.
So far, we have not had a visit from a parking officer but I believe this could change any time soon. Please remember that the in car park off Esdale Street is a 4-hour zone.
